Bio
Samantha Geballe, a California native, was born and raised just south of San Francisco in a small town called Woodside. Raised by her grandparents, Samantha was consistently encouraged by her grandmother to create drawings and paintings. Her ability to express herself through creative form is in her nature and she has been producing art in different mediums since early childhood. The evidence can be seen scattered throughout her childhood home.Currently, Samantha's work focuses on conceptual portraiture, allowing her to explore human emotion from the inside out. She is working on an ongoing self-portrait series focused on body image and healing that challenges viewers to question what is means to accept oneself.
Samantha is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
